People decisions, prepared in confidence.
Organization changes and policies affect people directly. Prepare them privately with the people who need to be involved, assess the impact, record the consultation, and keep a clear account of why the change was made.
How it fits
Need and context
Describe the change, who it affects, and the constraints from law, agreements and policy.
Options and criteria
Agree what matters, such as fairness, cost, capability and disruption, before comparing the options.
Impact assessment and consultation
Assess the effect on the people concerned, record who was consulted, what they raised and how it was answered.
Approval
Record the decision, the approvers and any conditions attached to it.
Communication and review
Explain the change from the same reasons to everyone, and revisit it with its context.
Questions
Who can see a restructuring before it is announced?
Only the people you invite. Logs are private to you and your invitees unless you choose to publish them.
Should personal data go into prorso?
Keep the decision about roles, structures and policies in prorso, and individual records in your HR system. The Privacy Policy explains how data, including data processed by AI providers, is handled.
Does it support formal consultation?
It records it: who was consulted, what they raised and how it was answered. It does not replace the process your law or agreements require.
Can we show the change was applied fairly?
The criteria, the impact assessment and the reasons are kept with the decision, so the same account can be given to everyone.
